The home is in a great location close to VSU but away from the traffic. There was many restaurants near by as well. The home itself is beautiful it is an older home that has been beautifully renovated while still maintaining its original character. Rachel was a great host! We have stayed here multiple times and each experience has been great. The home is very historic, clean and very comfortable. Everything works great from the updated bathrooms to the AC in summer heat. The host is terrific and makes you feel welcome and important and always responds quickly. Neighborhood is quiet especially during the evening. It’s centrally located so you have access to any part of town with equal distance. There’s a Huge backyard for kids to play and the many rooms in the home are separated so that everyone can have a space to themselves if they want. It truly feels like a personal home experience.

This is our 2d time staying at this historic home. We searched for this specific listing for the days we needed for our family event. We were in walking distance from the stadium. The owner accommodated our family so that the travelers were able to check in early allowing us more together time. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Parking was great.

The Historic Gem on Williams Street is a great super clean home. It’s unexpectedly large and well laid out for bigger groups particularly when it comes to separated spaces. The bathrooms in the bedrooms are brand new and fantastic! The location is super quiet and very close to everything. The backyard is HUGE and a great space for throwing a football or playing cornhole. Every living space is comfortable and inviting. Rachel, the host was very responsive and friendly and informative which was great. Everything you need was included and the A/C was perfect. We’ll be traveling back to the area again and this will be my first choice!

This home was an absolute gem! Perfectly centrally located, it made getting around incredibly easy. The house was fully equipped with everything our family needed and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and truly like a home away from home. This was a great stay for extended family toBe together for an event. Rachel was always in touch and responded so quickly when we needed help ( we are not techy and needed thermostat help. She was so patient!) the house has space to spread out and while it has a great history it also has lovely finishes. The house was so clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. It was convenient to all we needed and in a quiet area. We all loved gathering around the big dining room table ea night! We would definitely stay again.

This property is great for anyone wanting plenty of room while being close to Valdosta State University. We had several family members meet for the weekend and there was plenty of room to relax, sleep, or enjoy the outdoors. The house had plenty of parking as well. The house had vintage charm with all of the modern amenities. A lot of thought and care was put into the decor and style. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed. Rachel was very responsive to any questions and gave us information. Check in and check out were very easy as well. I will stay here again the next time we have family in Valdosta.

Grandson's High School Graduation

Property was wonderful. They were able to stay parked at property and walk to the stadium so they didn't have any to deal with any conjested traffic. My brother/sis-in-law from Dallas Tx loved that they could walk the quiet neighbor in the afternoon. My baby sister and her son were from Houston and loved the way the bedrooms were spaced out giving them a sense of privacy even though they were all there together. We all had dinner there one night and watched a movie in one room and played board games with the 7yr old in the back. Would love to rent again next time we are all together.

Quaint and spacious

This house was perfect for staying in town to attend a friend’s wedding. We had people from Virginia and Florida meet and we fell in love with the house. The decor is tasteful and the location was close to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful house with a great backyard

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It’s divided perfectly to give everyone plenty of space. It’s also decorated beautifully! The best part was the gigantic, fenced backyard for the kids to run. They were entertained for hours back there. The host was a pleasure as well, communicated everything clearly and accurately!

Softball Weekend

We were in town for a softball tournament and shared the house with another family. The property had plenty of room for us to all spread out. The home was clean and well appointed. Family Wedding

The house was located perfectly for wedding festivities, shopping, dining, 1 mile from quaint historic downtown, etc. House was beautifully decorated and spacious for the 7 adults we had in our group. Ample parking and patio space in the back of the house. 3 full bathrooms was a bonus! Large yard would be great for kids, but we stayed inside the large comfortable den and sunroom area. Bonus space in the front room was ideal for individual family members to pray, take care of personal calls or just sip coffee in a quiet space in the mornings. Access to the house was super convenient with electronic keypad that worked very well and easy to understand.
