The room was really clean and housekeepers were friendly and alert to guests needs. The side of the hotel I was in it’s a bit old. Carpets are old but not a stain on them. Man muss viel gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und aussreichend. Der Pool ist groß und man hat Blick auf den Fluss. Al solicitar un taxi responde con una broma de mal gusto. En cuanto al desayuno dejo una critica ... platos de carton para el pan y las cosas dulces, cubiertos de madera desechables, envases platicos desechables para el yogurt, el cual es envasado en el hotel me imagino el vaso para jugo es de carton desechable y demasiado pequeño. Esta critica la hago por un tema de que se esta generando basura de mas por gusto. Aparte no es agradable contar alimentos con un cuchillo de madera .... ademas en un hotel de esta categoria es impensable utilizar este tipo de cubiertos. Lo otro a mejora son las toallas de ducha las cuales son chicas y asperas me imagino por que deben tener bastante uso. Ademas solo dejaron una toalla chica en consecuencia que eramos dos personas. Ojala tomen en consideración las criticas para poder evaluarlos en todos los puntos como excelente en una próxim oportunidad!! Desayuno pésimo, no incluye frutas frescas ni granola. El jugo es de concentrado, no fresco. Usan envases plásticos contaminantes e incómodos cubiertos de láminas de madera. Lo bueno: El lugar y vistas son magníficos El restaurant para cenar es muy bueno. Sin embargo, llevamos una botella de whísky para celebrar un grupo de cuatro amigos, nos instalamos en las mesas laterales, pedimos vasos yhielo y acordamos pagar la tarifa de descorche por el servicio. A los pocos minutos llegó otra persona que de forma grosera nos quitó los vasos y se los llevó. No hubo forma de llegar a un acuerdo. ##### Carlos Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Eduardo 14 Dec 2022 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort #### Nada de cordialidad ni respeto Desde el principio no hay amabilidad, en el check in fueron bastante impertinentes y una señora que me atendió incluso fue grosera. Del mismo modo cuando se les pidió a la persona que hacía limpieza que no entrara a la habitación y se dejó el cartel de no molestar en la puerta, entraron igual y entonces dijeron que era política del hotel. Entonces parece que la política del Hotel es pasar a llevar al huésped. La última noche tampoco dejaron una toalla por lo que mi acompañante tuvo que utilizar la toalla de mano para secarse. Lo único rescatable del Hotel son las personas que atienden el restaurante en la parte de abajo porque arriba también hay un señor que se pasea con cara de pocos amigos. En ese hotel les cuesta mucho sonreír. Por otro lado ningún servicio estaba funcionando en el sauna el yacusi en fin y esto no fue publicado con anticipación por lo que no sabíamos. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. lThe actual river walk is on the other side of the river so a 25 min. walk over the bridge is needed if you don’t want to drive and park. The walk is ok, but not pleasant since there is not a continuous sidewalk out of the hotel to get to the bridge. The facilities are huge, very good, but there are no bathrooms in the dining area, they do not have heating in corridors and common areas (only rooms) and it is obvious that they are still not receiving enough guests to fully operate. But the costs of the service and the menus remain high for no reason, as well as being good, they have no service at all. Pensé que por su costo sería algo sobresaliente, pero sólo es bueno, tiene buenas camas, un desayuno contundente, lindas vistas al río...
