"The location is unforgettable. We loved the property, history, nature, good food and wonderful staff. Guest rooms are super clean and very comfortable. Thank you to the team 💕"

"The apartment was clean and amazingly located within the town centre. There was the option to park right outside the building. The instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment itself were excellent. “Mountain views” meant views to the wall of a massive rock a few meters away. The apartment was clean and spacious. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable (the back was solid) and the supplementary bed was super soft and squeaky, with any small movement. The toilets were clean although the ensuit loo was lifting from the floor and there was no hand soap, only gel/shampoo sachets which we found really poor, a small hand soap bar would have been great. Overall, this was a good place to stay overnight and should we return, we would make sure to bring our own toiletries! The hosts were polite and really helpful providing great communication and guidance."

"It was excellent location and staff and food all amazing. It’s right in the centre of the fascinating town Santo Domingo de La Calzada. Love paradors and this one did not disappoint. The food was fab I’d definitely recommend half board. The only negative is that it was quite difficult to locate even with the instructions sent from the hotel. A friendly local had to help us by by getting in the car and telling us where to go."

"This is a fabulous hotel, luxurious and very well presented. The staff were very helpful and polite. Our only disappointment was the restaurant and bar closed on Sunday evening. We had to drive into Haro but found it very quiet for restaurants, which considering the football world cup being on, we were surprised about. Otherwise, the hotel itself is highly recommended."
