You will be able to discover its characterful villages, its museums and its regional products (pâtés, foie gras, goat, sheep or cow cheeses, Gaillac wine… ..) These products you can taste during hikes (150km of walking tours , 200km of signposted bike routes). You can also travel the Ségala by car on country roads and visit the sites of the discovery circuits (stroll of the minor peasants, botanical path, water path, crusader valley path ...). House from 1852 renovated in an old agricultural area of the 19th century, in the countryside, in a quiet area, outside Valdériès, a small Tarn village. We can accommodate in this cottage of 120m² up to 5 people. On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, living room with color TV, 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, Godin wood stove colonial type Upstairs, a bedroom with 3 single beds, another bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC. High speed ethernet access is available in the parents' room and wifi throughout the accommodation. Closed outdoor area with 150m² garden and 30m² terrace with barbecue as well as a play area for children. An above-ground wooden swimming pool of 6m70 by 4m, open from June to September, is to be shared with l'Oustalou and possibly the owners. Sheets and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included in the price. Pets are allowed after agreement. We accept holiday vouchers. Possibility to rent per night from 3 nights. Long stays possible at decreasing rates as well as recovery of VAT for companies. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une très belle région. Le gîte est très confortable, fidèle au photos, très propre, au calme et très bien situé pour visiter la région. Notre chien avait son petit jardin pour courir, nous avions un endroit pour ranger nos vélos et un parking pour la voiture. Nous étions vraiment proche d'Albi, ville magnifique où il fait bon se promener. Il y a plein de documentation dans le gîte sur les choses à voir et à faire, mais les proprétaires vous donnent aussi de bons conseils et sont toujours disponibles pour vous renseigner. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Que du bonheur! Le gite était parfaitement adapté : des jeux dans le jardin, la piscine sécurisée, des petits jouets pour les enfants afin qu'ils jouent dans l'eau (ballons...), une ferme à proximité. Un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires toujours de bon conseil pour indiquer les emplacements gratuits à Albi, les bons plans pour les achats.... La maison est bien équipée et très agréable. Nous craignions d'être logés à côté des propriétaires car ce n'est pas tjs facile, mais là, tout est fait pour que chacun ait sa partie. la voiture est indispensable pour bouger et c'est vraiment au calme ! tout pour se ressourcer ! Je recommande ce gite sans aucune hésitation à tous ceux qui aiment le calme et la verdure.
