Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stunning decor. The staff is TOP TIER. Professional, attentive and kind. The location is a short walk from the zocalo and popular shopping areas. The room was clean with comfortable beds and shower. The complimentary breakfast options were delicious and fresh. The lunch and dinner options were great. Beautiful view of the cathedrals and volcano from the room and terrace. Has a quiet and private room to work in with good wifi connection. I was impressed with the location and overall experience staying here! I must say that the staff is what made this experience amazing. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit this beautiful city!

This is a good hotel if you have business in the area or are just passing through for the night. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff. But the location isn’t great.

"Everything was good, all the staff was really kind and helpful. The hot water in the shower and tub only lasted a few minutes, so using the tub wasn't an option. For sure I will book again."
