Really charming former mining town which has re-invented itself. Hotel is older in decor but extremely clean and well maintained. Front desk man helpful including with their weird shower handles which work great but need a bit of a tutorial. Convenient location near the former Jeffrey Mine and Val Des Sources downtown strip. Also we unfortunately left our dirty clothes bag in the room. I inquired and was advised they had it - we drove 2.5 hours back to get it. Only to be told they didn't have it. Only THEN to get a call weeks later that they did. I called and left a message about having it shipped and no one has called me back.
