Whether you come to ski, explore the outdoors, or reunite with your family, our estate offers the perfect location for extended families and friends to enjoy. The open floor plan of the cottage elegantly connects the main features of the house, while offering a unique sense of peace and intimacy through its different areas. Families can enjoy the majestic fireplace, the stunning outdoor scenery, or explore the properties beautiful landscaping with a private lake, natural waterfall, and amazing trails! The property in combination with the guest house can accommodate groups of up to 25 people. The Guest House is equipped with a separate kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom and 3 spacious bedrooms. With a unique location, the cottage is just 1 hour away from Laval (Montreal), 20 minutes from North ski slopes of Mont-Tremblant, and 30 minutes from South ski slopes and village. For anybody that enjoys night time skiing, Mount Saint Sauveur is just 40 minutes away.

The Space
For each group intended to make a reservation please provide details of your group including age of travelers, number of couples, singles and kids as well as the exact number of guests.
The water source in the house comes from the well and is therefore drinkable, while the water in the Guest House comes from the lake, therefore water should be brought.
*We have a smoke and pet free chalet. Smoking cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, vapes or even using incentive sticks ( anything which produces strong smell) is prohibited in the house for hygienic reasons. In case the smoke damage is reported by the property manager after your group departure, there could be an additional charge of $500 for extra cleaning.

Guest Access
The cottage is equipped with key pad lock and the Company will provide an access code 1 day before the check-in date.
Guests have private beach access in front of the house with private dock and 2 canoes.
Guests to be aware that there are nearby cottages rented to other groups by our Company. There are no shared amenities, please use the territory only in front and at the back of the cottage. Do not trespass to other cottage territory
