The cottage was cute……BUT….we had several spiders (some quite large) and other critters throughout the property because it was smoldering hot inside , forcing guests to open the screen- less windows due to no A/C nor fans. I get that it’s Europe, but global warming has been a thing for the last 15 years and it’s not going anywhere. The least they could do is provide fans for every room and screen the windows.
