You will be able to appreciate the multi-hundred-year-old olive tree bordered by vineyards as well as the private swimming pool without vis-à-vis. The house is located 4 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, renowned as a medieval Gallo Roman site with its museums, and appreciated for its Provencal market on Tuesday morning as well as its Gallo Roman remains. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, in 2 von 4 Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, somit lässt sich das Haus auch bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur gut kühlen. Die 3 Bäder und separaten Toiletten sind neuwertig, insgesamt entspricht die Beschreibung sehr gut der Realität. Ein Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad/WC befindet sich außerhalb des Haupthauses direkt am Pool. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön, mitten in den Weinbergen und doch nur 5 Autominuten von Vaison-la-Romaine entfernt. Der große Pool ist umzäunt (mit Kindern ideal) mit breiten Treppen zum Einstieg. Es gibt vielfältige Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten im Außenbereich und auf für Kinder viele Aktivitäten (Boule, Tischtennis, Tischkicker). Außerdem durften wir die Tiefkühltruhe und Waschmaschine im zugehörigen Keller nutzen. Bei Fragen/Problemen konnten wir die Gastgeber jederzeit kontaktieren, fühlten uns jedoch nie durch diese beobachtet oder gestört. Unsere Reisezeit lag im August, so dass die zugehörige Baufirma wohl Ferien hatte - wir wurden jedenfalls durch keinerlei Lärm gestört. Es war sehr schön und idyllisch in einer wunderschönen Region Frankreichs! ##### Isabel H. Malheureusement ce n'est pas bien possible car après 5 douches il n y a plus d eau chaude. La propriétaire passe tous les jours sans prevenir ce qui est limite lorsqu on souhaite de l'intimité. Cependant, La maison est jolie, la vue de la terrasse aussi mais franchement le prix est totalement prohibitif pour le bien et la localisation. Précisons quand même que la maison est située devant un hangar agricole et que les machines tournent toute la journée. Nous sommes déçus...2800euros la semaine quand même!!! ##### sophie l. Was heel fijn voor onze zoon en zijn vriendin. Locatie ligt super ten opzichte van vele mooie plaatsen: Vaison la Romaine, Seguret, Orange, Sablet, Mont Ventoux. Het vrije uitzicht is geweldig. De gastvrouw en heer zijn heel aardig en wonen vlakbij dus zijn snel ter plekke als je ze nodig hebt. Tafeltennis was ook super! Prachtig gelegen tussen de wijnvelden ##### Barbara v. La maison, entourée de vignes, offre une vue imprenable sur les différentes hauteurs de la région (Mont Ventoux etc...). La piscine est un réel atout pendant les grosses chaleurs, toute la famille a pris du plaisir à s'y baigner. Toutes les installations sont d'une propreté irréprochable, qu'il s'agisse de l'intérieur ou de l'extérieur de la maison. La literie est très confortable et nous avons également très apprécié la climatisation. A noter que la maison dispose d'un petit studio attenant avec tout le confort nécessaire (sdb, wc), nos parents ont très apprécié ! De grands espaces autour de la villa avec multiples activités ( ping pong - piscine - petanque) Claudine est à l'écoute et accueillante. La climatisation est un véritable atout en pleine saison. Piscine bien protégée, très propre. Plusieurs espaces pour se poser que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner, apéro, sieste, dîner... Magnifique vue sur le Ventoux, directement sur les vignes. Belles perspectives! Séjour vraiment très agréable et de très bons contacts avec Claudine et son mari. Nous avons eu le loisir de découvrir leur adorable chien qui a fait le bonheur des enfants toute la semaine ;) Je recommande vivement ce logement. ##### fanny k. Idéalement située (au milieu des vignes), cette demeure apporte tous les bienfaits nécessaires pour se ressourcer, soleil, tranquillité, panorama , intérieur spacieux et décoration soignée. Vous pourrez faire la sieste à l'ombre des Oliviers tout en écoutant chanter les cigales, partir en balade à travers les beaux paysages que cette région offre, ou bien tout simplement profiter de la piscine (sans vis-à-vis). Stayed 14 nights in Aug 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Gilles B. 6 Aug 2018 #### Villa au calme avec vue exceptionnelle sur les vignes et le Mont Ventoux Nous avons eu la chance d'être les premiers locataires de la villa de Claudine et Alain qui nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Ils sont très sympathiques, discrets et toujours au petit soin pour les locataires. Ce fût pour nous une très belle rencontre. La villa dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances agréables (air conditionné, matériel neuf, ...). L'extérieur est magnifique et l'environnement très calme (sans vis-à-vis). La piscine est plus grande qu'elle ne paraît sur les photos (possibilité de nage). Quel bonheur de prendre l'apéro du soir au bord de celle-ci, à l'ombre de l'olivier ancestral, avec une vue magnifique sur les vignes - sur les dentelles de Montmirail et sur le Mont Ventoux. La localisation de cette villa est idéale pour visiter la région et accéder rapidement aux sites touristiques plus éloignés. Amis cyclos vous êtes entre de bonnes mains (hein Alain ;-) ) car cette villa est parfaitement située pour faire des randonnées sportives (ou non), découvrir de petites routes tranquilles avec des paysages magnifiques, à proximité du Mont Ventoux.
