Beautiful house with swimming pool, superb view on Mont Ventoux and old town

The house is situated in a beautiful garden of 5'200 m2, totally fenced and absolutly quiet except for the song of the cicadas and the waterfall going from the rocks into the pool. You can sit on the terrace, enjoy a glass of vine and admire the wonderful view on the old town of Vaison as well as the Mont Ventoux, or admire the stars in a absolute clear sky while lying in the hammock. The best medicin against stress. On the other side of the fence there is a vineyard which belongs to the house and the "garrigue" with wild thyme and rosemary, a delicious smell and ideal for walks with a dog. They too are welcome to enjoy a holiday.

Perfect holiday house

Amazing house with everything you need. The garden and swimming pool are great for the hot summer. The owner lives next to the home but you have all the privacy you want. The owners are very kind and helpful during your stay

Good location and pleasant accommodation

We received good directions to the property and found it easily. It is a very easy fifteen minute walk into the centre of Vaison.On VRBO, the property was advertised as being a “Beautiful house with swimming pool, superb view on Mont Ventoux and old town”. The house is comfortable, but not suited to the hot temperatures we experienced, which were upper 30C, and even overnight rarely dropped below 25 in the bedroom. We asked for a fan, which improved the night time comfort slightly. There is only 1 bathroom with toilet, not 2 as described on VRBO.We were thankful for the small pool, but there was sadly no waterfall, no view of Mont Ventoux, and no hammock, as described. The galley kitchen has the essentials, and an inverter microwave oven, but limited worktop space. There is plenty of room to eat inside or out on the terrace overlooking the pool and lovely garden.We did enjoy our stay, and the walks into Vaison, which is a lovely town.

Zeer fijne vakantie gehad. Vaison-la-romaine te voet heel goed bereikbaar en zeer gezellig. Verblijf is heel rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de oude stad. Kinderkamer misschien iets aan de kleine kant maar stoorde ons totaal niet want was enkel om te slapen. Zwembad was super en zeker groot genoeg. Alles was aanwezig en eigenaars zijn fijne mensen. Wij hebben genoten met onze tieners en hond.

Séjour au calme sans vis à vis, le top ! Préciser que les propriétaires ont également un grand chien donc prévoir des chiens sociaux et amicaux ce dont nous n’étions pas informer. Avec nos chiens pas eu de soucis. Sinon des hôtes discrets et très sympathiques !

Vrijstaand huis met privé zwembad voor de deur en uitzicht op Vaison.

Voor ons de 2e maal dat we deze accommodatie hebben geboekt. Erg hartelijk welkom door de vriendelijke eigenaren die op hetzelfde terrein wonen als de woning die gehuurd wordt. Woning staat voor huurders geheel privé ter beschikking incl zwembad en grote tuin en is door groen volledig afgescheiden van de woning van de eigenaren. Fijne woning waar niets aan ontbreekt. Ruime woonkamer, keuken en grote slaapkamer. Badkamer met douche en toilet en nog een 2e kleinere slaapkamer. De schuiframen in woonkamer en keuken kunnen worden opengezet, waardoor een directe verbinding bestaat met buiten, de tuin, het terras en het aan het terras gelegen zwembad. Vanuit de woning en vanaf het terras is een weids uitzicht en kijk je op Vaison, dat op ca 800m afstand ligt en waar je dus gemakkelijk te voet naar het centrum kunt. Rust, vrijheid, natuur en volledig vakantiegevoel en toch dichtbij mooie steden, gezellige Provençaalse markten en chateaus om te bezichtigen. Aanraders: Buis-les-Baronnies; chateau du Barroux.

Superbe séjour régénérant dans un cadre paisible.

Nous garderons un magnifique souvenir de notre séjour dans cette propriété a Vaison la Romaine. Hôtes charmants, discrets et à l'écoute. Nos 2 petits chiens aussi ont pu en profiter au mieux même si ils étaient très attirés par le chien de la propriété qui attirait leur curiosité, lol! Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir (Ehepaar 63+69 mit Hund) waren Anfang September 2023 14 Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Die Dusche war groß mit gutem Wasserdruck. WLAN war schnell und ausreichend für Netflix. Der Salzwasserpool war sagenhaft und immer perfekt gepflegt, da einmal pro Wocher durch einen Poolboy gereinigt und eingestellt. Der riesige Garten war wunderschön angelegt. Die Terasse war absolut privat und nicht einsehbar. Der Blick über den Garten auf die Altstadt von Vaison-la-Romaine war traumhaft. Die Vermieterin Frau Flury war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, egal ob wir sie nach einem guten Restaurant oder dem örtlichen Markt gefragt haben, erhielten wir immer nützliche Informationen. Als meine Frau sich den Knöchel vertreten hatte, kam sie unmittelbar mit Kältepack und elastischer Binde. Auch ihren Riesenschnauzer LURCA hatten wir ins Herz geschlossen. Sie war eine tolle Spielkammeradin für unseren Hund Ghandi.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne und ruhige Tage in Vaisson

Angenehm und erholsam. Die sehr netten und aufmerksamen Vermieter haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet. Trotz direkter Nachbarschaft war unsere Privatsphäre immer gegeben. Unser Hund hatte obendrein einen großen abgeschlossenem Bereich, in dem er sich frei bewegen konnte. Angenehm war auch die Nähe zur Stadt, in nur 10 Min. kann man zu Fuß das Zentrum erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben Mitte Mai 2023 zwei wunderbare entspannte und entspannende Wochen im Poolhouse von Madame Flury verbracht. Ein traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus inmitten eines schönen und großen Gartens mit einem tollen beheizten Pool. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Absolut ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen (innerhalb von 10-12 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Vaison). Eine große überdachte Terrasse bietet Sonnenschutz und ermöglicht es einem auch dann draußen zu sitzen, wenn es mal regnet. Als Willkommensgruß hatte Madame Flury eine Flasche Rosé und frische Erdbeeren bereit gestellt, das fanden wir sehr nett. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurzum: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - für uns ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Wir waren Ende August mit 1 Kind und 2 größeren Hunden in dem Ferienhaus. Es war absolut traumhaft! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es war alles da was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kamen Sonntags an und hatten Kaffee, Tee, um uns gleich zu versorgen. Und es gab eine Obstschale und einen Wein. Die Terrasse und der Pool waren so schön zum entspannen. Es war absolut ruhig und der Blick in die Ferne, von der Terrasse aus, sehr schön. Mit den Hunden gab es keine Schwierigkeiten und Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen gab es direkt um die Ecke, so dass man vom Gelände aus durch ein Tor schon in der Natur war. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Trotzdem ist man auf seinem Ferienhaus-Grundstück völlig für sich und separat. Wir waren total begeistert und konnten so richtig entspannen, im Pool plantschen und auf der Terrasse die Ruhe genießen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!

Super séjour

Très bonne location, les propriétaires sont vraiment très accueillants et savent rester discrets. La maison est, comme la piscine, nickel 👍tout est fonctionnel et surtout propre. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller à Vaison à pieds ou faire des randonnées en pleine nature. Nous y retournerons certainement. Gros plus nous sommes venus avec un jeune grand chien un peu foufou, les propriétaires ont été très compréhensifs, merci à eux !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern und unserem Hund zwei tolle Wochen hier verbringen können. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet und der Pool war klasse. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem selben Grundstück, sind sehr diskret und hilfsbereit. Da das Haus im hinteren Bereich steht, hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt einen überdachten Parkplatz, einen großen Garten und ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen mit Hängematte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

DÉCEPTION. . . !

Nous y avons séjourné, une semaine, du 10 au 17 juillet 21, et c'était bien assez !!! Tout d'abord l'annonce indique : Location indépendante. C'est faux. La maison des propriétaires est mitoyenne avec la location. La promiscuité est effarante! Pour exemple il y a un vis à vis entre la terrasse des propriétaires et la piscine. Ensuite, la piscine est annoncée comme privée et chauffée: - Privée: Dés notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a indiqué qu'elle comptait bien pouvoir profiter elle aussi de la piscine si nous nous absentions !!! Coté chauffage: Lors de notre arrivée, le chauffage fonctionnait (Eau 26°), Dés le lendemain, le chauffage de la piscine a été coupé. On nous a indiqué qu'une fois la température de 26° atteinte, le soleil devait faire le reste !!!!! Je ne vous parle pas non plus de la filtration qui a été coupée dés le mercredi suite, soit disant à une erreur du pisciniste venu faire l'entretien (nous tenons pour ceux qui le désirent des photos montrant l'état de la "piscine", qui le vendredi s'apparentée plus à une marre qu'à une piscine). Le radiateur sèche-serviettes, figurant dans le descriptif était coupé (les fusibles ne sont pas accessibles par les locataires). Là on vous explique que ce radiateur est destiné à chauffer la salle de bain l'hiver, mais que l'été les serviettes peuvent sécher à l'extérieur au soleil...... Pratique non ? Vous devez sortir tout nu après la douche, pour récupérer une serviette chaude !!! Au vu des faits, nous avons été très déçu par les prestations proposées. il est vrai que le montant de la location n'est pas très élevé, mais pour tenir leur budget, les propriétaires font preuve d'une pingrerie qui n'est pas en accord avec l'idée que l'on se fait des vacances.

très belle vacances

c'est notre 2ème séjour dans cette propriété, celle-ci est très bien située, à 15minutes à pied du centre de Vaison, et dans un endroit très calme. la propriété est très bien entretenue par les propriétaires qui seront toujours à votre écoute et feront le maximum pour rendre votre séjour agréable. la piscine est chauffée en cas de basse température (si, cela arrive parfois) et constamment nettoyée par un robot.
