I think there should be 2 parts to this : the hotel part is very dated and could use some upgrade, shower was smelly and not the cleanest I've seen. The outside of the hotel could also use a clean, not very appealing. Good breakfast buffet with local foods that are delicious. Staff was lovely and very helpful all around.
The spa, pool, sauna and lobby areas are brilliant however and suit a multitude of needs and tastes. Pool area not quiet in the afternoons with kids, but to be expected in a family hotel so not a deal breaker.

Low-budget feeling hotel
"The receptionists were always friendly, the rest of the staff not so much. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed and in need of an overhaul. The bathroom door knob had to be repaired, the dividers on the balcony between the rooms next to us were nonexistent. The shower didn’t have a full enclosure, ..."
