The house is 60 m² with three bedrooms and six beds. The layout is simple and functional so everyone can unwind. Kitchen and living room bring the family together for games, cooking, and chats after the beach. A 900-meter stroll takes you to the water’s edge.



Outside await the garden, a large covered terrace with a red-checked tablecloth, and a cozy outdoor hot tub for clear nights. The hammock invites a nap. Two small “cabins” give teenagers their own space. There’s room for hygge—from morning coffee to sunset barbecues.



You live close to nature. Hear birdsong from early morning and spot roe deer in the garden at dusk. Simplicity feels good: read a book, play Yahtzee, flip pancakes—let the holiday rhythm find its gentle pace.



The area is known for a wide, family-friendly sandy beach with dunes and shallow water. There are good cycle paths, a seafront promenade with ice cream, cafés and mini-golf, plus kite- and windsurfing. Nature trails lead to Bøtø Nor and forest, with grazing horses and abundant birdlife. Bathing jetties, beach games and sunsets in the dunes.



Excursions are easy: Marielyst Torv has markets and small shops; Gedser Odde offers big horizons and pebble beaches; Nykøbing Falster has a museum, zoo and charming streets. Golf, go-karts and play parks are nearby. Everything within easy reach. Cafés, a smokehouse and local farm shops add flavor.
