"The lobby smelled of urine. The person checking us in did not want to help us. He was absolutely not helpful when we inquired about our diamond elite status and kept saying “water, that’s all you get.” Even though the app showed differently. We tried to ask him about parking later that evening and he waved his arms in circles to show “all of it” even after we walked away. The room was clean but the shower needed a good scrub. For the price we paid, we expected some sort of friendliness. But it is what it is and I know this is a hotel to never rebook."

"Ther property is in a great location. Be prepared for loud noise during the weekend nights. The hot air balloons take off from the neighboring parking. They are beautiful but are loud setting up at 6:30 am. We enjoyed a wine tasting across the way with a special offering. Also recommend bringing your own bottle water because we only were given 2 bottles upon arrival and they were not replenished. Our room had skylights so the room was bright early in the morning. I recommend for the location. "

"The deluxe king room was wine country rustic, dark wood, and brown leather. The room was clean, bathroom was small but adequate, the terrace from the second floor had two chairs and two small tables but looked straight at the concrete wall of an adjacent building. The central location, one block off highway 29 was convenient to the north and south ends of Napa Valley and the Silverado Trail. After we unpacked we realized our room had warm but no hot water so we had to change rooms. Breakfast is included, but service was very slow. We had business meetings to attend so the second day we did not order any cooked food, just fruit granola and yogurt, and it still took 25 minutes to be served. It was cold and raining so we did not use the pool and there is no onsite fitness facility. It’s a good place to stay if you want a convenient location and clean accommodations."

"What a great property! We had a wonderful stay. The room was good sized, with a large bathroom and the hotel had great amenities such as robes and wine. It is a beautiful property and walking distance to so many things! I would absolutely stay here again."
