Ground floor : open space (industrial look with glass, wood, concrete, metal beams in 3 m height) with large living with 2nd bed and dining room and fully equipped kitchen plus bathroom/ toilet and laundry-heating-room. TV and Wifi. The floor in anthracite resine with floor-heating - wood burning stove - wide windows on the whole South facade. A round metal staircase goes to the first floor which is an open sleeping area with dramatic interior decoration , a sheik style bedroom. Wooden floor, two lavabos, shower and independent toilet Private courtyard with fountain. The architecture is very interesting, the decor is lovely, and all the equipment one is likely to need is there. The private garden with its splashing fountain is delightful, even if the Mistral keeps one indoors, as the huge windows allow a view from anywhere inside. The house is located in an attractive, tranquil neighbourhood less than ten minutes by foot from the Place aux Herbes. Gina is a kind and thoughtful hostess. Very highly recommended. ##### Gregory W.
