The private, well-equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a raclette set. Amenities include self check-in, a fan, a baby bed, a high chair, a flat-screen TV with TNT channels, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer.

The residence is 100 m from the cable cars leading to the 180 km ski area and 6 km from Barcelonnette. Parking is available at the foot of the residence and there is a ski locker at the building entrance.
