"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. "This is an absolutely marvelous place! Danielle was there to greet us and answer any questions we had. The room and bathroom were both meticulously clean with fluffy towels and luxurious sheets. A wonderfully comfy bed and soft fluffy pillows (with extras in the closet!) we will be back any time we come through Turin!"

"It was very comfy stay. The location of the hotel is great, the spa is nice. People at the reception were kind and helpful (Especially Cedric) The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!"

"The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the maintence man was so helpful and responsive, he fixed the problem in under 5 minutes from the time I spoke to him. Very hard working staff."
