Staff is friendly. Room didn’t have AC. They provided a portable AC unit that didn’t work, it was a glorified fan. Lowest temperature we saw in the room was 28C(82F). Hottest was 31C (87F). The night before we had an early train to bring us out of town we requested a taxi from the concierge. The next morning the front desk told us the taxi was outside, however there was no taxi. We had to walk out to the street and hail a taxi, which took about 20min at 7AM Beijing time or 5AM their local time. We barely made our train. Most of the items on the menu are not available. Friend tried to order the creme brûlée. Waitor told us it took to long to make so we weren’t allowed to order it.
