Property was well maintained.We came in June during slow season it was very quiet and relaxing.We had the 3b 2b villa.Management is awesome and helped with any issues we had for example hot water.There was a switch that we had to flip in order to turn the hot water on.Besides that we definitely would recommend staying at Mooshine. Torti the security guard is phenomenal.Regardless the time of day he will assist you.

Fantastisk atmosfære på Moonshine

Rolig, avslappende og idyllisk hotel. Alle ansatte var veldig hyggelig, smilende og imøtekommende. Det er en helt egen atmosfære på dette hotellet. Lite og rolig sted, godt utgangspunkt for opplevelser i resten av Zanzibar.

Très décevant nous l’avons choisi pour sa piscine proche de l’océan qui était sale interdite à la beignade toute la semaine coupure d’eau on c’est coucher avec les enfants sans prendre de douche très peu de choses pour le petit déjeuner pour pas dire rien hotel vêtus isolée rien au tour il faut faire des kilomètres en taxi pour trouver une une pharmacie je vous déconseille cette hôtel

Relaxing Time

Beautiful little spot on a quiet stretch of beach. Room had a few general maintenance issues but otherwise clean & comfortable. We wanted to be right on the beach & that's what we got so our priorities were met. Staff all very friendly & genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. Excellent food at the restaurant. A nice little get-away for 4 nights.

Декабрь 2019. Отель запущен, все старое. То бочек в туалете сломается, то кондиционер гудит.Воду дают один раз, при заезде.Заезд возможен только с 10.00 утра,если раньше самолет,то будете сидеть часами.Завтраки слабые,однообразные,невкусные .Кофе растворимый самый дешёвый.Взымают сбор 4$с человека сутки,хотя при бронировании на всех сайтах написано что все налоги и сборы в цене. За эти деньги можно выбрать отель получше 400 метров вправо или лево .Персонал пытается всегда помочь.

Жили там 10 дней в декабре 2019,номер стандарт на 3.Взымается дополнительный туристический налог 4$ с человека за ночь!о котором ни где не написано при брони.В других отелях 1$.Завтраки однообразные.Отель запущен,все ломается в использовании,вызывали мастера очень часто.Не рекомендую! Из плюсов: красивый берег, услужливость персонала.

La struttura è tenuta benissimo, la nostra camera fronte mare veramente intima e con una vista stupenda sulla spiaggia di uroa. Il personale è stato gentile e premuroso, e qui finisce il positivo. Il primo giorno, arrivati al ristorante ci hanno consegnato il menù abbiamo scelto diversi piatti ma non avevano niente di quello elencato, allora ci siamo affidati a quello che avevano.... un piatto di patatine fritte. Abbiamo riprovato la sera, premetto il proprietario si era scusato del pranzo, e per la sera ci aveva promesso del buon pesce e così è stato. Il giorno seguente x colazione una tristezza: barattolo Nutella aperto e vasetto sporco idem la marmellata tre biscotti qualche dolcetto e fette di cocomero tagliate a fettine questo x i 3/4 gg successivi poi qualcosa è migliorato con una scelta di prodotti più ampia. X rinfrescarsi nel primo pomeriggio abbiamo provato a chiedere della frutta ( ananas o altro )ma avevano solo banane, e ci è stata portata una di quelle piccole locali divisa in 3 pz. Leggendo le recensioni precedenti abbiamo letto che la maggior parte delle persone ha avuto il solito problema, quindi non abbiamo fatto più nessuna richiesta e ci siamo rivolti altrove x mangiare. E con grande dispiacere abbiamo notato che i prezzi delle altre strutture erano molto più bassi e con una qualità maggiore. Consiglio: fatte pagare qualcosa in più ma presentate una colazione migliore ( utilizzate marmellate e cioccolate monodose).

Lovely few days enjoying the beach in Urea

Our stay at Urea was what we expected from the reviews - the staff are very friendly and couldn’t have been better service. The price is reasonable for the services, our hut was close to the beach but breakfast is relatively limited and there is building work going on. However, for the price we paid, we had a great stay and could enjoy the other hotels along the same strip.

Udsigten fra hotellet var fantastisk og personalet i restaurenten var søde Men ellers var alt andet kritisabelt desværre. Morgenmaden var triviel og mangelfuld Vi blev tilbudt en grumset brun saft og måtte betale hvis vi ønskede appelsin juice .vi spurgte efter yoghurt det var desværre ikke muligt.Vores madrasser var så brugte at der var 2 uddybning fra at de var meget brugt og vi var nødsaget til at få massage flere gange under vores ophold for at fjerne ryg bakke smerter. Der var ikke nogen oplysning på værelset om sikkerhed eller hotellets fasiliteter og restaurent åbningstider samt bemanding af resorption ( stod iøvrigt igen steder )2gange om ugen var der intet strøm / vand eller wifi i ca 3 timer , så poolen kunne heller ikke bruges i dette tidsrum .dem i respetionen er det mest dovne personale vi nogensinde har oplevet . Alle de gange vi havde spørgsmål eller klager blev der aldrig fulgt op på dem så eller ingen kompensation Vi bookede e tur til nungwi for at se solnedgang og tage til et event via hotellet Driver kom 30 min for sent og var blevet fejl informeret om hvor vi skulle hen så han stoppede forkert sted og vi missede solnedgang og event startede kl 10 så det missede vi også Vi ventede 1 time på driver da vi skulle hjem han tankede op og gjorde private ting i Stonetown og krævede penge som vi havde fået oplyst af Tuma var betalt og blev presset til at betale via politi for at kunne nå vores fly Det er meget mere end oplyst her men stedet er max 2 ⭐️

Management and staff unfortunately is not attending Guests needs.Attention!In the morning during breakfast as Guest is allowed to have 2 eggs only!As per the Owner instruction.Wait Staff some needs to smile perhaps this why in the evening restaurant is empty besides the menu at the dinner is poor and prices very high.Many Folks used to go to another restaurant near the hotel.The good thing about this hotel is that location is great,peaceful and not filled with beach boys who bother you every 2 minutes in such places like for instance Nungwi.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand

Sehr freundliches Personal von der Rezeption, über die Tourorganisation bis hin zum sehr freundlichen Restaurantpersonal. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und die Aussicht hat ein Wow-Effekt. Im Umkreis ist nicht sonderlich viel, jedoch braucht man dies auch nicht. Ruhe, Essen und den herrlichen Strand hat man vor Ort

Piccolo villaggio sul mare

La struttura non è male nel complesso, è la gestione che lascia a desiderare soprattutto sulle norme igienico-alimentari e questo da un italiano (il gestore Daniel)non te lo spetteresti. Anche riguardo alle escursioni, Ray il beach boy della struttura le propone a dei prezzi molto più elevati dei suoi colleghi che sono sulla spiaggia e con i quali contrattando si fanno le stesse cose risparmiando notevolmente. Prezzi esosi anche per il cibo.Peccato perché con poco si potrebbe migliorare di molto.

Rigtig lækkert hotel. Området er jævnt

Dette hotel er superlækker og ligger med en rigtig god placering på stranden. Lidt væk fra de mange strandsælgere og på en strækning på stranden hvor der ikke er skrald eller tang. Hotellets restaurant kunne dog godt bruge et lidt mere delikat menukort, muligheden for nogle drinks og en anden hvidvin end den noget dårlige hvidvin de serverer. Men hotelpersonalet er venlige og hjælpsomme og værelserne er superfine og rummelige. Jeg er dog ked af at hotellerne i området ikke sammen gør en indsats for skrald på stranden og i byen, som de gør andre steder på Zanzibar. Det giver et lidt dårligt indtryk af området. Mht. måneskinnet lever hotellet særdeles godt op til sit navn. Der er den smukkeste måneopgang under fuldmåne. Meget meget fascinerende.

Wohlfühlhotel

Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen Strand und bietet Ruhe und Entspannung. Die kleine Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sauber. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Essen ausgezeichnet und preislich angemessen. Die Beachboys am Strand können zwar nerven, vermitteln aber preiswerte Transfers zum Jozani Forest, Stone Town, Restaurant "The Rock", Flughafen........ Wir können sie nur empfehlen. Sie sind absolut zuverlässig und die Fahrer waren alles tolle Leute

Avkopplande, personligt hotell på stranden

Hotellet ligger precis på stranden. Personal var vänliga och personliga och verkade måna om att vi hade det bra. Rummet var välstädat, luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra. Det var en härlig atmosfär på hotellet, fin och avkopplande miljö med fina byggnader, trädgård och sandmark på hela området vilket vi tyckte väldigt mycket om. Frukostbuffén var bra men ojämn, vissa dagar fanns det inte så mycket att välja på, andra dagar fanns det flera olika sorters frukt, pannkakor, bakverk och chapati. Menyn var samma både för lunch och middag, kvalitén var också ganska ojämn, varje dag vi var där saknades något/vissa rätter, kanske för att det är lågsäsong. Det finns inga lampor där man äter middag ute på stranden så vi fick använde egna ficklampor för att se menyn. Det fanns ingen bar eller drinkmeny. Vi rekommenderar att gå till närliggande lokala restauranger för lunch eller middag då kvalitén är bättre, dock får man räkna med att vänta minst 30 minuter på maten där. Hotellet erbjöd hjälp att boka utflykter som vi tyckte var bra och prisvärda.
