Splendida tenuta,

Wonderful, staff, location!

A beautiful boutique hotel. As soon as you step into the reception area you know you are in for a treat. Our room was rustic chic and had all we needed. Mini fridge, safe, coffee machine and also a robe, flip flops and towels for the pool. The pool area is beautiful. A fantastic infinity pool, plenty of loungers both in the sun and under cover. A steam room, sauna and hot tub section in the pool together with a poolside bar. Another area further down also had another pool. The dining area is a...

My partner and I and I stayed for a few days. We were met by very friendly staff and immediately checked in we had a brilliant room, which was nice and modern and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of Choice I would definitely use them again.

The pictures on the website do not do justice to this beautiful country house or the location. The hotel was lovely with gorgeous grounds and it was in a fabulous location. The owners Roberta and Daniela are fantastic hosts; very friendly and professional and everything was of a very high standard. We would recommend this lovely place without hesitation.

A wonderful experience with a magnificent location and view. If visting San Marino, this will complete your stay with friendly and helpful service.

The hotel was excellent in every respect, with high standards of cleanliness throughout and very good facilities. My room was spacious, a really good size, and very comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the excellent amenities provided, including a generous selection of toiletries and hotel slippers. Although I had brought my own...

The room had a large double and a single bed, but the single was slightly shorter than normal which was fine for us, but you'll struggle if you're >1.75m tall. The breakfast...

Staff friendly and very helpful, good choice for breakfast, old town 30 min walk away, however bus stop around corner from hotel and buses run every 15 mins into old town.
