The rooms were spotless clean and everything required for a short stay. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and well organised. AC perfect.

Great location if your are travelling about in a car. Looked like plenty of bus services but I didn’t use this. I was travelling back and forth to Irun so perfect for me. The room has great cooking facilities, bed was comfy, very updated look and shower was nice and powerful. The gym facilities were basic but good for a quick cardio or stretching session Cleaning facilities I looked to use them but my card didn’t work, 5-6€ per wash or dryer.

Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Would recommend the hotel and the tortilla for breakfast!
