First, when asking for questions/request it felt like I was bothering then (with most of the staff, specifically front desk and skybar hostess). "We had no water pressure at all. Just a dribble. Had to get right out so no morning showers c. We were hurrying to leave so no time to call front desk to have someone look at it. Also, Crowne should take advantage of Orlando Storm football games and run the shuttle at the end of game. We had to leave at halftime to catch the last one. Otherwise, all was goid"

"Enjoyed my stay for two nights. Check in/out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to KIA Center and Florida Mall. The issues I had was there is no microwave in room. I also asked the room attendants for more towels but didn't receive them. I think if you stay for a few nights, you should have more than one towel per person. I really don't like reusing towels. The area around the hotel is very quaint. Cute houses and brick streets. Beautiful homes and lots of parks. If I am to return to this area, I will definitely stay here again."

"The room is a basic old standard hotel room. Old carpet. Old bedding. Old furniture. Only thing going for it is that you can connect your Netflix to the TV. Luckily only had to stay 5 hours before going across the street for surgery. The hospital was so much more clean. "

"First, for the pros - the hotel and the room was really clean.The staff/valet was pretty nice upon check-in and they even let us check in early so that was a huge plus for us. The hotel also had a gym, pool and laundry machines you can use. I personally only used the gym, which was clean and had a variety of equipment (bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, weights). They also had a water bottle station there so you could refill your water bottle, which was a nice touch. In the 1st floor, they had a convenience store section with food and items you could self check out which came to a pretty good use. Now, the cons- I really didn't like the valet parking (with surcharge). I had previously been researching before I booked the hotel, which hotel had valet, overnight charges, self parking and even compared a few before actually booking. One of the reasons I chose this hotel, was because it mentioned in expedia that it had self park/on site parking. I even checked other sites to make sure, so I was pretty annoyed to find out once I got there, that i needed to pay $35 a night (not counting tip). This was something I wished was written on every website consistently, since i didn't count it as an expense when I budgetted. Another thing was the hours for the gym (8am-10pm). They first said the gym opened at 7am, but then I got an email saying it opened at 8am. I prefer to go really early (like 5am) which is a personal preference, but it leaves me with more time for other stuff. "

"It was a nice stay, well-kept hotel with a happy staff. I wish someone had thought of the pool placement as its on the middle floor and side of the building causing it to lose sun around 2/230pm. Probably my only gripe! Would def stay again. "
