"Staff was outstandingly helpful, professional, and friendly. Appreciated the morning breakfast and especially the coffee options in the lobby. The location is good, and the stay was peaceful. The only issues are related to the facility itself: The HVAC system in the rooms is a challenge to sleep with, despite earplugs, and it goes from cold to hot fast, not really settling in on the set temp. The bathrooms are old. "

"The pool was a LOT smaller than anticipated. Literally only 6 ft wide. The shower walls were not wiped down and someone else’s hair was all over them. My daughter also got bit by bugs during the night which I suspect were bed bugs so never going back there. "

"Did not get room type I reserved. Was assured they would move me the next day. They didn’t. Second room I stayed in still had trash in the bins and half empty glasses of beverages strewn about the room. Front desk clerks were not helpful."

"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."
