The staff were very helpful. The room was always kept clean. Things that could be worked on were the temperature control in the room. The room was quite hot and when we complained, we were told the temperatures were centrally controlled. Another thing was the food.

"Staff let me stash my bags while I explored the castle for 5 hours, and then again after checkout while I walked around town. Room was super clean, and the shower was the best I've had in awhile.
