"I was transferred to this hotel as the one I booked has closed down. Note that Pullman and Mercure are in 2 separate towers. The Mercure lobby is not as nice but they share facilities. The rooms are as expected, minimalist but the beds are very comfy and the staff are very nice and helpful. The bar and lobby area is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back "

"When people in the next room were smoking inside it wafted into our room - the staff quickly found us a new room and dealt with the issue quickly - staff on for breakfast were lovely and helpful "

"A rather wonderful oasis with both fine dining and wine tasting onsite, both of which we enjoyed very much. The room was also very nice. Reception staff attention to detail and knowledge was middling so recommend that the management consider actions there. "
