Don’t expect much from this place. It’s a cheaper hotel. The pictures make it look nice, but they are deceiving. The place has been remodeled, but it wasn’t done fully or well. The place was safe and mostly clean. There were white stains on the couch and some kind of red smudge on the bathroom wall. The light fixture and bathroom door jam was covered in rust. Every single day, there were thick long black hairs on the bathroom floor from the cleaning woman. It is supposed to be a nonsmoking property, but it smelled of smoke and marijuana in the halls and stairwell during my weeklong stay. This definitely wasn’t an ideal place to stay, but it was acceptable at the price point.

Gorgeous historic hotel, top notch amenities. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good. One thing to know - not all rooms are equally well located and appointed. Our room central AC was broken, and portable AC unit was very noisy. We asked to move to a different room, which was much better but had windows with frosted glass for privacy. Do inquire ahead of time to make sure you are booking a good room.

Everything was great. It was a quick overnight stay for a fishing trip, which if you are planning a charter trip, this hotel was perfect location

The hotel was noisy the entire night so sleep was hard. Sketchy people kept wandering into the lobby and harassing hotel guests to include my daughter. And I asked the hotel staff if the valet was included in the cost of the hotel. They said no so I paid the valet directly. Then the hotel charged my card another 80 dollars for the one night of valet. I do not recommend.
