Heat pumps installed on every floor. No smoking in the house.The entire house is exclusively owned by the guests without sharing with the landlord. You can use the BBQ on the deck.The whole house is for you guys ,you can go wherever you want at the yard and deck. It is not city water but the filter tap water is drinkable. The driveway to the property is steep and winding .AWD or 4\*4 is recommended but usually not necessary unless when snowy or icy. Each floor is a relatively independat and open for the sake of spaciousness, brightness ,and comfort. There are no doors for each bed.
