None of the advertised amenities were provided. when I inquired (we had NO pots or pans, the stove top was not working, there was a second unplugged fridge stored in the room, no hook, bar of place to hang towels in the bathroom), I was advised that 'housekeeping can drop off pots/pans if you wish'. But they did not drop anything off nor did they provide any of the amenities advertised nor did they address the other issues I raised. Another couple staying in another unit shared that they also were not provided with the advertised amenities.

This was an amazing hotel . Very clean. Great breakfast with everything you can possibly want.Amazing staff. Shout out to Amy at the front desk when we checked in.Her customer service goes above and beyond. Will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

"Extremely nice, quiet, and homey. Would definitely recommend staying here. The ski resort is walking distance, hot tub is great, even has a washer and dryer. Only heads up -- stairs are narrow and semi-steep, but those weren't an issue for us. We'd stay here again"
