Couple stains on the couch and carpet , but a very good property

This unit has an amazing view and the spa bath is to die for and exactly what we needed after a day walking around the theme parks. Fantastic location, its right in the middle of Surfer's Paradise. Parking was a little tricky due to google maps telling us we had arrived when we were at the building next door - we only made that mistake once. A few little minor issues with appliances in the unit otherwise we would have given 5 stars. Sofa bed really needs to be upgraded - its terrible and not really suitable for sleeping on and listing needs updating to include correct phone numbers.

Amazing Apartment … great facilities and fantastic views … cannot fault !

We have stayed on two occasions, once on the north facing side and once on the south facing side. We much prefer the north facing side due to the sun. Unfortunately though with this stay we had some issues that will probably prevent us from returning. The noise from the quests below was unacceptably loud when they were using their deck to a point where we needed to close the sliding doors. I think the sound just bounced of the glass balustrade and made it sound like they were in our apartment. The second issue was that the bed linen in the master bedroom was thread bare and well passed its use by date. Other than that, we love Soul on the Esplande, its location, its facilities and the apartment layouts.

Staff were all lovely, the pool and breakfast buffet were both great. Only things that could be improved would be the soundproofing of the rooms, we could very loudly hear our neighbours, and the water pressure/temperature was very inconsistent. Everything else was great.
