"the office staff were incredibly helpful and caring. It would be good if you had a coin machine in the laundry and the instructions were printed again as they have faded on some of the machines. overall the stay was very comfortable"

"Locked key base. Sewer smell a little rubbish bins were full on arrival inside bins were half full so we took our rubbish home drank bottled water as from the tap looked a little discoloured otherwise great location peaceful and quiet. Rooms had everything that was need and comfortable there was no range hood so we cooked outside which added to the experience. "

"There wasn't anyone to check us in or out. We had to leave a phone message and go elsewhere after being told we could check in anytime after 12.30 pm. When we were called back, it was arranged how we could access our rooms. There wasn't anyone to check us out either, the office was locked. Being a long weekend, I would have thought there would have been more customer service. Having said this, the rooms were clean and comfortable but the traffic noise was a little loud for my liking."

"Was overcharged by $56,of course they wouldnt admit to this. It was an extremely average room and as i was going on a 6 week road trip I had a budget to keep to. There is no way i would have paid $159 for any room, much less this one."
