That’s about all I can say. There is however a very serious issue here of safety. The shower which was a very tight cubicle has an unregulated hot water supply and once you’ve mixed the water to your right temperature it can suddenly come out scolding hot. This could easily cause a serious burn to somebody like a very young person or an elderly person. I was four or five times scalded by extremely hot water as the temperature does not remain constant. It seems if there’s somebody else opening a cold water tap in some other apartment which then affected the hot water mixture in this apartment in room 16\. This is dangerous and they should address this. There were several other inconveniences such as no kettle provided to make a cup of tea for oneself." Man bezahlt etwas mehr als anderswo, bekommt allerdings auch etwas dafür. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und auch ruhig, wenn nicht gerade auf dem Flur von anderen Gästen die Türen laut geknallt werden. Im Hotel wurden gerade Zimmer in einem anderen Flur renoviert, das hat nicht gestört. (Vor dem Fahrstuhl lag diverses Baumaterial herum.) Das Schwimmbecken hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war ausreichend groß und es gab genügend Liegen dort. Am Frühstücksbuffet hatten wir wirklich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen, es war sehr reichhaltig und sehr vielfältig. Beim Frühstück und auch sonst immer war das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."
