"The house was perfect for my family while attending the Newport Jazz Festival. It was a fantastic space where we had enough room to bond and decompress from long days listening to fantastic music. The space was clean, comfortable, and we easily felt right at home quickly. The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities were lovely. I only wish we had a few more days to enjoy the kayaks and local beaches after the festival. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would book this property again."

"The four of us older guys had a great 2 night stay. While the pictures show a sort of "rustic" cabin, the place was far far from it. Nestled in a nice area, the cabin was very well appointed, with plenty of supplies and even had a nice welcoming gift. Beds were very comfortable, with many plush towels. Communication with Carla was very timely and helpful. We would definitely stay again!"

"The house and pool were perfect for our family. We had a great time. But I have to say the floors were dirty. Walking around barefoot our feet were black and not great for a baby crawling around. We didn’t realize we had to get sheets in downstairs washroom and makeup beds and then wash them and put them downstairs. We didn’t mind doing this, I just don’t think it was stated in the vrbo posting. And some of the sheets had - i think they were rust stains. I think it’s time for new sheets. All in all though my family enjoyed themselves. We’re pretty easy but just think the owners should know."

"A group of 21 of us enjoyed the week here for our annual family reunion. The house was a great set up for us and provided all that we needed. It is in a wonderful location with access to many fun activities. We hope to make a return trip for more wonderful memories!"
