Fantastic water pressure, AC kept it cold. That's where the highlights end. Walked in to find a strand of hair on the bed sheet and in the bathtub. At this price point that's extremely disappointing and hygienically unacceptable — especially after a long day of travel. No do-not-disturb sign in the room so I assumed no housekeeping. Our room was perfect, with the waves crashing right below us. I had Ali, the concierge manager set up our room while at dinner for my proposal to my girlfriend. It was perfect with rose pedals and candles. "We stayed at the hotel for one evening, we arrived late and left early; however, we did use the shuttle service. The shuttle driver was friendly, and the front staff and security guard were all friendly. It was clean and a good experience."
