Welcome to Towering Oaks Cottage, a charming newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath getaway nestled in the heart of Union Pier. This inviting new rental sleeps up to 8 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

The home features two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs (currently being converted from large open space to two bedrooms) with a full bathroom—ideal for families or groups. Relax on the screened-in porch, unwind around the fire pit, or enjoy a cookout on the gas grill in the spacious backyard surrounded by towering oak trees. Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub (construction begins in March).

Located just 1 mile from the beach and close to local wineries and tasting rooms, you’ll have easy access to all the best of Harbor Country. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown New Buffalo, you can enjoy great restaurants, shops, and entertainment before returning to your peaceful retreat under the trees.

- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
- Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Maximum car parking- 4- absolutely no street parking
- No smoking
- NO Pets allowed
- Events, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
