SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL Aqua Vacation Rentals Morningstar Shores is located on Town Line and is a beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the heart of Union Pier just steps to downtown and a few blocks to the beach. As you enter the home the dining room is very welcoming with space for all to sit together for dinners or to play games. The living room has two rooms one with a fire place and seating area and the other with a TV for watching movies with the family or enjoying the outdoors from the large picture window. There's also a small table for the kids to play games, color or read books. The kitchen area has all you need for basic cooking with a coffee maker, toaster and popcorn maker. This spacious home features 3 large bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite, the second with a queen bed and the third with a full bed and two twin bunk beds. Off of the living and dining room there's a beautiful three season room with plenty of space for all to enjoy. This three season room walks out onto a spacious deck that overlooks a large yard with a fire pit, gas grill and plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing outdoors. The drive way is great for little ones to ride their trike or bicycle plus there's a basketball hoop. During your stay take a stroll to the Union Pier Market for those last minute items before heading to the beach and stop at Blackcurrant Bakehouse for a sandwich or pastries. Have lunch at Milda's or Nani's and have ice cream at Izzy's Bean and Gelato Shoppe located in the Pumpernickel Inn. Heading to the beach? Stop at Red Arrow Ride to rent your Maui Mat, paddle board or floating devices. You can also rent bikes to take a scenic ride down Lakeshore Road. There are also antique and home decor shops in the area that are walkable. In the mood for a little wine tasting? Head down Union Pier Rd just a ways for some adventure at the Roundbarn Tasting Room and St. Julian's. New Buffalo is also just a 5 minute car ride from the house and there's so much more to do in the area that we are happy to tell you more about. Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. We enjoyed our time at this property. It's perfect for younger children who like to run and play. The driveway makes a for a wonderful place for a quick game of basketball and bike riding (for little children). And the backyard is excellent for eating on the deck and playing so lawn sports. Also, the set up inside is great especially with the screen/sunroom being to the corner of the house. We had plenty of space inside and out. The living area is ample and comfortable. We were able to gather all together, but when we split up to do different things, we were able to spread out. Some enjoyed the 3 season room, others hung out around the dining table, and others were in front of the TV. Location is wonderful - we walked to the beach, to get gelato, to get stuff from the market. Really convenient! Loved that they had beach gear and a wagon for us to use. We played bags in the backyard and loved the fire pit. Rental company provided clear, timely info and was responsive when we needed something or had a question. We had 3 couple stay here for the weekend. There was plenty of space and the house was very clean! Check in and check out process was clear and easy to understand. Tons of room in the backyard. But when it exceeds the pictures - that’s a home run. This property is awesome - perfect for our family of 6\. Near a number of beaches (driving) with an awesome deck, backyard, basketball hoop, and circle driveway (perfect for the kids scooters). The one drawback - which we were gratefully informed about before check in - was the beds don’t have a lot of blankets, so we brought our own. If you’re used to a comforter, bring it. Great outdoor spaces- ample dining spaces in and outside. Nightly sunsets with side trips to Warren Dunes, kayaking, antiquing and wineries. ##### kathleen b. We had a great stay in this house that accommodated our family wonderfully. Quiet spot that sits back from the road nicely. Very comfortable house that is laid out well for our family of three generations. Two different settings (inside and out) for 8-10 to enjoy meals together. Nice new deck.
