The backyard was such a great space for kids to play. The owners/property manager checked in regularly to make sure we were doing well and made sure we had a baby gate to make sure the home was a safe place for our toddler. There was even a high chair available, something I didn't expect and was a huge perk. This is a great property for families. It is also the perfect distance between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It was like a 27 minute drive to one and like a 25 minute to the other. The kitchen was adequately equipped but disorganized - container tops and bottoms in different cupboards, etc. The major issues were the air return vents being very dusty and the neighbor parking his work truck obstructing part of the driveway (which is pretty much out of the hosts control). Very convenient to where we were spending most of our day (the ark encounter and the creation museum), this house was right in the middle which was great! They had games that we could use! My kids loved the connect four! Separate sitting space so I could nurse my infant and not be in front of my family. There was plenty of seating in the living room. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of families.
