"The room was clean. The man at the desk was great. There office n usually closes at 10:00 But I called and said we would be a little later than anticipated. He said no problem I will wait for you. Very nice!"

"This hotel was easy to find. But with limited choices in Sutherlin, Oregon, it would have been nice to know that rooms didn't have a mini fridge or in room microwave. No breakfast on site. I'm sure that I more than likely overlooked those small details when I booked this hotel. On a positive note, it was close to 2 fast food places, 1 small Mexican restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bakery, all within walking distance to hotel."

"Winchester Bay Inn is an old school coastal motel in a tiny harbor village at the end of the beach road. Basic and functional. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean and the water pressure is great. It also was blissfully quiet overnight during the week in late summer. I would recommend it."
