They really need to fix the hot tub, And they could use some new mattresses

The location was excellent. A two minute drive down the road to Tanglewood. Also, the rooms were very clean. Staff was non-existent. Check in and check out are fully automated. No key, just a code which worked fine. Maintenance appears to be an issue. Our window shade was broken and had been put back so it looked fine but when I tried to pull it down, it feel off. Toilet seat cover also came off. Two sets of stairs, tall and narrow, to get to our room on the 3rd floor. No restaurant, no bar. It's there but no food or drink. Just furniture. If you just want a place to sleep when you are attending a concert at Tanglewood, it's fine but expensive. If you are looking for a "lovely stay", this may not be what you want.
