The entire house has eight bedrooms (4 double rooms and 2 triple rooms) and a total of five bathrooms. Three double rooms (one of which is a triple room) are in the basement, one double room is on the ground floor, three further double rooms (one of which is a triple room) are on the first Upstairs and another double room (with French bed) is on the 2nd Oberg lap. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, in the living area a fireplace with a bench and living area and a large dining area (the table can be expanded from 12 people) for up to 18 people. In the 2nd On the upper floor there is also a living area with a tiled stove and stove bench. From here you have a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains. In the garden there is a cozy lounge with a grill and a playground with a trampoline. A ski boot dryer is in the garage. We are Ötztal Premium Card Partner !!! With the Ötztal Premium Card (from June to October) you enjoy free travel on the summer mountain railways and public buses, free entry to the AQUA DOME and the bathing lake of AREA 47 and experience adventurous days in the numerous swimming pools, museums and leisure facilities.
