All staff were very good and cheerful. The bed room was simple, very clean and shower was also good. Wi-fi in the bedroom was very fast. Breakfast had a good selection and the inclusive evening meal was simple but good albeit of a limited selection. I would happily use this hotel again without any worries.

The central locations

Most hotels I’ve used in Sweden offer free coffee, this one does not. Also note even though has a huge tv in the room, this is of little use unless you use YouTube or have a Swedish Netflix account as there are no std channels to watch it’s all via streaming.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended

The room l was in was clean and tidy, no window but was there to sleep . Breakfast was good and plentiful. I parked on the 4th floor and was okay. The Staff was great and my big thank you goes to the female staff member who found my glasses on the table after l went for a walk around 5pm

Very nice place in a super location. Easy stroll into the centre or to the riverside. Staff were super helpful, breakfast was great. Despite being part of a bland corporate chain there was just enough quirkiness about this place to set it apart. The price was good and the overall experience was great. Just a shame the bar was closed due to Covid 19 :-) but overall I have no hesitation in recommending this place.
