Whether you're visiting for leisure or work, you'll feel right at home here. Perfect for couples, friends or contractors, the space offers a comfortable and convenient stay right in the centre of town. This light, clean and inviting flat is designed for comfort and practicality. The open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring, with a sofa, dining space, and everything you need to cook a proper meal, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave and air fryer for quick and easy meals. The bedroom offers a peaceful place to unwind, with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The modern en-suite shower room provides convenience and privacy, and also offers direct access to the private outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a breath of fresh air in the morning or a quiet moment in the evening. Outside, you’ll find a small private courtyard with seating. Guests will have access to the whole of the property. Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00. There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost. The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
