Eine halbe Stunde später als vereinbart konnte das Haus bezogen werden und es war einfach überall dreckig. Der Kühlschrank, Kopfkissen die schimmel, dreckige Bäder und unfassbar viele Spinnen und Spinnweben. Diese waren mehrere Monate alt und in jeder Tür zu finden. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmer 1.OG waren außerdem von außen zugesponnen sodass vorzugsweise diese immer zu blieben. Novasol hat wenig Verständnis gezeigt eine Lösung zu finden und vorgeschlagen alles nach dem Urlaub mit der kundenhotline zu klären.
