I stayed this hotel for 5 nights and it was nice hotel , the hardest thing was to across the road to get to the hotel because of bed traffic, over all I enjoyed staying there,

I booked this hotel because it offered 24 hour free shuttle pickup (it does not), and also because it says pets are welcome (they are not). After waiting outside the airport looking for a shuttle, since I never received an email back, I went to the airport CS desk and someone called the hotel for me since I did not have an ESIM yet. They told the staff that they do not offer shuttle pick up, neither could they refund me. So I paid a taxi $30 to take me to the hotel. Then we (my service dog and I) arrived, they tried to turn us away! I was so exhausted I refused to leave and showed them the listing on the site. After much waiting and confusion they finally told me I could stay but would need to pay for any damages my highly trained dog might make (which is absolutely ridiculous - he's more well-behaved than I am). Then at checkout, they asked me to wait while they inspect the room, and came down with a photo of the towel I used for my face that had my makeup and spray tan residue, and tried to tell me I need to pay for it! I told them it always comes out in the wash if they use soap, which hopefully a hotel would. These are washable products and gets on my own towels and clothes daily and easily comes out in the wash. It was not a pleasant experience. I would like a refund on the $30 I spent on my taxi coming here and will be reaching out to Expedia support for this.

I don't recommend

Wifi was terrible, check in process was not professional, the staffs couldn't speak english, and the hotel could not offer any transportation to the airport, ..., etc.

생각보다 무난함

평이 안좋아서 잠만 잘 생각이었는데 있을 것은 구색이 모두 갖춰져 있고 조식도 무난합니다. 다만 위치가 조금 외진 곳이라 근처에 가라오케가 많습니다. 어매니티는 작은 샘플 통에 리필되는 형태라 신경 쓰이신다면 개인 용품을 챙겨오시는 게 좋겠습니다.

Un peu excentré mais bon rapport qualité/prix

Personnel sympathique. Salle de bains fonctionnelle. Lit de bonne qualité. Fenêtre à double vitrage isolant très bien du bruit extérieur. Isolation sonore à l'intérieur de l'hôtel un peu limitée. Air conditionné relativement efficace. Restaurant de l'hôtel assez bon. Y ai séjourné à 3 reprises pour un total de 6 nuits et j'y retournerais sans hésiter!
