The walls are very thin and if the hotel were not here, a lot of these good kids wouldn't be exposed. First time was 5-star. Half a year later things became much worse. They could not find our reservation when we arrived. Because of that, none of the rooms was clean or prepared for us. They told us they would clean our room for us but when we came there, the sheets were dirty. I showed that to the attendant. The manager did try to provide another new clean room. The floor was not mopped at all, there was a spot on the bed sheet. In the end I simply asked for a pair of clean sheets because it was too late in the evening to change rooms again. The breakfast that’s included is quite skimpy. They should serve tea or coffee with a breakfast, nothing like that was served. The manager or Director was quite apologetic in the morning, and I appreciate that, but the overall quality of our stay was really frustrating.
