Red wine stains throughout the room and pretty grunge-y around the edges. Please replace, Bishrelt. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with good choices and the front desk staff were very helpful. Overall, a great value for the money and we had a good rest after a very hectic two weeks out on the steppe. Bar and restaurant staff were poorly trained with no idea about “Customer Service”. I ordered a soup to be followed by a Steak dish. Both delivered at the same time. Soup was inedible. Steak and accompanying vegetables were stone cold. Getting service or a reponse was almost impossible. Staff spent more time talking and dealing with their own issues rather than deal with customers.
