"I was very dissatisfied with both the Ukulhas Beach Inn and Expedia. I will never use Expedia again as long as I live. The property falsely advertised many things about their hotel that simply were not true. They said the bed was a king size bed and it wasn't even a queen. It was a full or double size bed. The hotel also advertised they had a gym and they didn't. There was a gym on the island but had been closed due to covid 19 for many months. They show a larger menu for breakfast items...

"Anfangs recht freundliches Personal, was sich jedoch schnell änderte. Wir bekamen kaputte Schnorchelsachen von der Hotelleitung (Adam), von denen es garnicht genug für das schon kleine Hotel gab. Als wir über Adam den Zugang zum Fitnessstudio der Insel arrangierten, riss er uns das Geld aus der Hand. Zudem bekam ich als Frau ein ungutes Gefühl von ihm, mit meinem Freund konnte er jedoch scherzen.
