Mold in the bathroom, black bugs in bed

Pros: nothing. Very RUDE front desk
Cons: Clean the rooms, listen to the customer about not being able to climb stairs and Don't charge more then what was initially quoted.
I arrived late at the Motel 6. I was first told my reservation through Expedia was not showing up. I was required to use my bank card and pay for the room again. The room charge was MORE then what Expedia was charging. I even had the night attendant at the hotel call Expedia and he still continued to charge my credit card. To this date I have paid for two rooms and never reimbursed for the double payment. I was given a room upstairs which I have a disability and could barely make it up the stairs. I was told this was the ONLY room available even though there was maybe 20 cars at the most in the parking lot and about 100 rooms! In the bathroom there was BLACK mold through out the shower/tub area. Pubic hairs in the bathtub, black bugs in the sink and the room was dirty! I climbed into bed and within minutes something was biting my legs and ankles. I immediately got up looked in the bed and there was tiny little black bugs hopping around. I called the front desk and no one answered. It was about 1:45 AM. I slept on the top of the covers on the bed. I left the hotel at 8am in the morning. I still have not heard from Expedia or the Motel 6. I am disputing the charges through my bank. I took pictures of the bugs and the mold.

Disappointed hotel

I pick this hotel to stop over night on the way to Mendocino. My room wasn't ready by the check in time, we have to wait 30 min. Never see this much dirty carpet in my life. Never stay again.

My room wasn't ready by check in time, we have to wait about 30 min. Carpet was SO SO So dirty , Not recommend this hotel 90$ for room where you can't fill clean.

Rude desk clerk

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Burn it to the ground & start over ?
Location: In the middle of no where & the only thing near by is wineries I don't drink ? It's where you stop when you are to tired to go any farther
I requested upstairs, corner unit. They said my dog was too big, but had 2 pit bulls outside. Had to wait from 3pm check in time until 5:15 to get into my room ( In the middle downstairs ) It was 109* outside & they made no effort to follow up & even let me know my room was ready. Someone complained my dog barked all night,...wrong she is a service dog & does search & rescue, She follows hand signals & does not bark at noises. It sucked

The bathroom wouldnt flush the whole night there was people goi g up and down the stairs talking and i could hear them outside laughing and giggling whilr my family was trying to sleep and get some rest

Room Was Dirty

Over all our stay was pretty good. There was a mistake with Expedia booking our room but the hotel honored our rate anyways. Because of this I can forgive the room being rushed to get ready... however the carpet was dirty. Walking on the carpet made my feet dirty and the wifi never worked. There was also no coffee maker or hair dryer in our room. Otherwise the bed was comfortable, staff was nice and accommodating to our situation

They advertise four hot tubs and none worked. There was a water leak over the toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Very helpful host. Moved us to a 1st floor when there was a problem with the first one. We slept well.

cheap but not properly managed.

I checked in at this location in particular because they had jacuzzi and a pool and i had experienced a decent stay at another Motel 6 in Hollywood. The price was super cheap but now I see why. None of the jacuzzis were operational (out of 4 not 1) and there is no coffee in the rooms or shampoo or conditioner, but they give you soap (that hardly lathers). The bed was clean and comfortable and I slept a good 12 hours so that was great. The shower had plenty hot water and decent pressure. It could be a nice place to stay if they were managed better.
