Fun curbside courtyard.

Posted 19-Aug-2016
Pros: Breakfast and front of hotel courtyard.
Cons: Front desk staff and maintenance in room.
Location: .
I was surprised that the front desk was not friendly at all. Multiple things in the room were not working properly.

Smelled of smoke. Room was dingy.

Posted 05-Jul-2016
The room was poorly renovated. Holes in the walls. Messed up flooring. Bathroom was dirty. And the room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Staff was polite. But accommodations were crap. The place looks nothing like the photos on Expedia.

make sure you keep the paperwork if you have to use a cash deposit or you won't get your money back.

work in progress

Pros: price
Cons: finish the remodel.
Location: shopping and parks for dog walking close by.
The hotel seems to be in the middle of an upgrade, consequently there were a few thing missing like fan covers etc. but all in all it was nice and quiet, the rooms were very roomy with comfy seating, mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

*WARNING* BED BUGS

Posted 25-May-2016 on Hotels
The lady who checked us in was nice, that was about the only good part of the stay. The room was $60 but had $15 in taxes, making the total price just shy of the other motels. Choose those instead! Spend a couple extra bucks to not get woken up by druggies at 4am on the second floor, screaming, cussing, and threatening to kill each other. Waking up for the day led to the worst part of the stay: Bed bugs. There were blood droplets on the sheets and I killed a bed bug that was chilling on my pillow waiting for my return, like a small dog missing its owner. Just avoid this motel. I'll never stay anywhere near it again. On the plus side, free WiFi! And you can probably find whatever drugs you may be looking for...

Get your room somewhere else

Posted 12-May-2016 on Hotels
OK: lets start from the beginning. Remember the old days when you wrote checks? You could go into an expensive department store and write a check no problem. Try to write a check at KMart and they wanted a blood sample and a proctology exam to write a check. You see this hotel wanted three separate signatures to get the room one for pet damage, one for smoking and one for room damage. In other words we rent to scum and suspect that you are scum too. Next the hotel has been remodeled but very cheaply like lipstick on a pig. The towels are literally sandpaper and our bed did not have a set of springs. It made a noise like a drum snare all night long. Remember the pet sign off well the hotel is pet friendly that is OK but be prepared for barking dogs!!! The free wifi was slow and almost zero bars. Stay at a chain hotel in town!!!!!

Good place to stay

Posted 03-May-2016
The room was spacious and clean. We were traveling with a pet. Expedia said the pet fee was $10, yet when I got there they said it had changed to $20. Even though I showed them the Expedia listing they would not budge. Also, next morning I got reprimanded by the staff for taking coffee and breakfast to our room so I could have breakfast with my husband. They said that each person has to come in for breakfast, that no take our were allowed. That's a first....

Horrible from start to finish

Posted 02-May-2016
Cockroaches, and ants in the room, dirty run down, holes in the curtains, burn marks in the toilet seat. Just plain gross. They wouldn't let me check in without charging my credit card an additional $50 for "incidentals". I felt bad for the people that work there. They were very nice, and offered to spray our room, but offered no other resolution. This facility is incredibly run down despite a REALLY bad remodel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.
