Beautiful room with great facilities including a washing machine and cloths dryer. Rooftop infinity pool was wonderful. Staff really friendly and relaxed. Traditional Korean breakfast. Overall highly recommended.

The room was pretty clean and cozy. Heater + AC were both available as you need the heater when you walk out in the cold weather. IT is pretty cold in May for someone used to Indian summer. Front desk is not extremely english fluent, but if you ask for someone, they do have other helpers who can step in and are decent in making a conversation and helping you....

We stayed only one night in the hotel. We wanted to climb the volcano so we decided to sleep close to it since we cannot drive and we had our suitcases with us. The hotel is very close to the volcano so that's great and is next to a GS25 (the local 7-Eleven). I guess it is very good compared to some other hotels which did not look in a good condition. Wonderful woman. What a lovely place to stay!

We had the standard room which is TINY and they did try to upsell us on arrival but it was fine for the two nights we were there. Good shower, nice toiletries, comfortable bed. Good to have laundry facilities although not cheap. The immediate area around is quite quiet so the bar, shop, etc were useful although the bar was very expensive and didn’t have great options. A great shop in reception.
