It was listed as partial kitchen so it came up under my filters. The “kitchen” is a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, refrigerator. No means of cooking except the community grill. No trays or easy way to transfer food to the grill. No tables or chairs at the grill. To access the private patio you had to go out the front door and walk around to the back. To access the waterfront patio and hot tub you had to walk around the front of the house to the opposite end and down stairs. No direct access from the room I had. ##### Brenda V.
