The property was undergoing some work in the outside communal areas, when finished it will be beautiful. We had a short stay, friendly people, no complaints.

This was actually a great location! It was in the middle of all the shops and about a 20 minute walk to Monkey Forrest. The room was nice. I only have one complaint and that was the shower.

Very nice peoples, simple nourishing breakfast with fruits, a drink and choice of toast/omelette or pancakes. I add the top room with a big sunset view. Mattress is comfortable. Close to everything but away from the road . I would come back :)

The property is located in the heart of Ubud. Easy to walk around everywhere. Restaurants and supermarket are nearby. Great host and very good breakfast, fresh fruits and banana pancakes, coffee/tea. Clean rooms. Traditional Balinese decor for real experience.

The owner was really sweet and super helpful. She helped my friend and I book a river rafting tour and a volcano trek. She also tried helping us with transportation to our next stay but we had it figured out already.

Beautiful!

Hard to find at first, but wonderful. Hosts very friendly, ask about your day, show sincere interrest in you. Visually beautiful (except the part under construction). My room was right beside the temple and a fountain - so lovely. Clean. Safe.

Great location and property. Pictures are what you get. The owners pandi and balik are what makes this place so great though. As it was my first time to bali i was unsure of where to go and what to do. Balik drove me on his scooter almost everyday for free, although this may not always be the case. They also remt scooters. On my last day we had a family dinner which was amazing.

We stayed 5 nights. The place is spectacular. The rooms are super clean. The only exception is the bathroom that smell like sewage. The breakfast is good, you have 3 choices which we found out only on our third day. Upon arrival the hostess offered us to have her husband drive us around for a fee. Since we declined the karma with her was not there and we felt it throughout our stay. We even got over charged for the scooter rental when she charged less expansive to a different traveller. The last day she ignored us which was not cool. The husband however was so sweet and pleasant. Everyday he would sit with us for breakfast and chat.

Unpleasant experience

I didn’t enjoy much staying at this guest house. The breakfast options and timings are very limited; they don’t provide much toiletries (the shampoo and hand wash are mixed with water) and I just had 1 towel for the entire stay; rooms are not clean on a daily basis, although someone entered the room everyday when I was out; we were tried to be fouled with a tour that we booked through the hotel (that was even more expensive that booking it through GetYouGuide for example). Not very good atmosphere between the guest house owners and neighbours.

約1か月滞在しました。 清楚スタッフは優しく、朝から丁寧に全体を掃除してくれています。 しかし、夜も外の騒音が聞こえる構造で、環境的に静かさとは無縁でした。 部屋に備え付けの湯沸かし器の中が汚くて使用できず、エレベーター横に設置されていたウォーターサーバーのお湯を使っていました。 シーツやタオルも使い古されたもので、部屋に小さな蟻もいて、清潔感を求める方にはあまりあまりおすすめではありません。 リーズナブルな価格で泊まれるので、値段重視の場合は良いかもしれません。 屋上や、ベランダからの景色は、飛行機が飛び立つのが見えてとても良いです。 近くにはスーパーがありました。

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Kamer was schoon, badkamer kan wel een grotere schoonmaak en onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken. Ze zijn nog flink aan het verbouwen op het terrein, maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad. Ligging is perfect om weg te vluchten van de drukte van Ubud en ligt dichtbij een parkeerplaats voor wanneer je met de auto reist. Verder zijn we heerlijk in de watten gelegd door de vriendelijke hosts en hebben we de lekkerste bananen pannenkoek van Bali gehad als ontbijt! Al met al een prima verblijf plek

Exotic atmosphere with a new room

Stayed a basic room with a.c. Feel like an old town but has clean, new room. Close to the shuttle bus place and monkey forest. Friendly staff but when checking in , the owner asked to pay again even though we made the payment on the website. (Make sure to capture the screen with the IT HAS BEEN PAID, If don't want to pay twice:)  except that everything was good. Oops no soap in shower!!
